CRANBERRY AMBROSIA-CREAM CHEESE SPREAD

  • 2 packages Cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 package Cranberries
  • 1 can Pineapple, crushed
  • 1 can Manderin orange segments
  • 3 1/2 ounces Coconut, shredded
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • Mix cheese and sugar. Add cranberries. Drain pineapple and oranges;pat dry with paper towels. set oranges aside. Mix pineapple and coconut with cheese mixture. Add pecans. Shape in ball. Sprinkle cranberries and orange sections around ball. Serve with gingersnaps.
