Breakfast, Cakes and Frostings
MARBLE COCONUT COFFEE CAKE
TOPPING: Stir together coconut, 1/4 cup of the milk, nuts and 1 tablespoon of the melted butter, set aside.
CAKE: Mix all remaining ingredients *except chocolate*, beat on high speed for 1 minute.
Pour into pan. Spoon chocolate over batter, and lightly stir in with knife to marble.
Sprinkle on topping.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400°, serve warm.
