BUTTERFINGER COOKIES

  • 1/2 Cup Butter, softened
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar, White
  • 2/3 Cup Brown sugar
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 1/4 Cups Peanut Butter, Crunchy
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 5 Butterfinger candy bars 2.1 oz. ea.
  • Cream butter and sugar. Add egg whites and beat well. Blend in peanut butter and vanilla. Combine flour, soda and salt, add to creamed mixture and beat well. Stir in chopped candy bars. Shape into 1 1 inch balls. Bake 350° 10-12 minutes on ungreased baking sheet.
