CHEESY ONION POTATOES

  • 6 Medium Potatoes, cubed
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 Envelope Onion soup Mix (dry)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cheese, Chedder, Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Onions, green, chopped
  • Preheat oven to 400. Place cubed potatoes in well greased 13x9 baking pan. Dot with butter and sprinkle dry onion soup mix over the top.

    Cover and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and stir, bake 30 more minutes covered. Sprinkle with cheese and onions, and serve immediately.
