CASSIE'S CHEESE POTATOES

  • 2 Cups Half & Half
  • 1 Pound Velveeta
  • 1/2 Cup Butter, melted
  • 2 Pounds Hash Browns
  • Grease or 'Pam" a 13x9 pan. Place thawed potatoes evenly in pan. Heat cream, Velveeta and butter over low heat until melted. Pour melted cheese mixture over potatoes. Bake for 1 hour at 350° uncovered. I have also added a bag of frozen (thawed) broccoli to the potatoes. SUPERB!
