ALFREDO SAUCE

  • 1/2 Cup Butter or Margerine
  • 1 Cup Cream, light or heavy
  • 1 1/2 Cups Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Dash Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic, fresh chopped
  • 1 12 oz. Package Fettuccine
  • Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain. Meanwhile, melt butter and garlic over medium heat. Add salt, pepper and cream, Stir. Do not let boil. Stir constantly. Add chesse and turn off heat. Stir in cheese. Toss sauce over cooked and drained pasta.

    This is an excellent, fast side dish.
