Breakfast, Party, Pork Mutton Veal

HAM AND EGGS PIZZA

  • 1 Tube Crescent rolls
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk
  • 2 Cups Ham, chopped fine
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Cup Hash Browns
  • 1 Cup Cheese, Chedder, Shredded
  • Unroll crescent roll dough and place on an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan. Press onto the bottom and 1 inch up the sides, sealing seams and perforations. Bake crust at 375° for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat eggs, milk and pepper. Sprinkle ham, hash browns and chedder cheese over baked crust. Carefullyl pour egg mixture over cheeseham. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake 25-30 minutes at 375° or untill eggs are set.
