BING BARS

  • 1 (12) oz. pkg. Chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Ground peanuts
  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Oleo
  • 12 large Marshmellows
  • 2/3 cup Canned milk
  • 1 (6 oz.)pkg Cherry chips
  • 2 tsps. Vanilla
  • In double boiler or microwave, melt chocolate chips. Add peanut butter and ground peanuts. Use a blender to chop peanuts. Spread 1/2 of the chocolate mixture in a 9 x 13 in. pan. Chill. Keep the rest of the chocolate in the double boiler over hot water. In a large pan mix the sugar,oleo, marshmallows and canned milk. Boil for 5 min., stirring constantly. Remove from heat and ad cherry chips and vinilla. Pour over chilled chocolate mixture. Chill. Add the rest of the warm chocolate mixture. ENJOY!!!
