BUTTERMILK PANCAKE BATTER

  • 3 pounds Flour, Cake
  • 4 ounces Baking powder
  • 12 ounces Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 18 large Eggs
  • 1 pound Butter or margarine, melted
  • 6 cups Buttermilk
  • 3 teaspoons Vanilla
  • METHOD OF PREPARATION

    1. Combine and sift together dry ingredients.

    2. Add the eggs and butter.

    3. Mix in butter milk.
