BUTTERMILK PIE

  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Stir all together and put into an uncooked pie shell 350° until a knife inserted into the pie comes out clean.
