Pork Mutton Veal, Sandwiches

CUBAN SANDWICH

  • 1 large French bread
  • 2 slices Ham
  • 2 slices Fresh Ham (Pork)
  • 1 Pickle (sliced)
  • 1 slice Cheese, Swiss
  • 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Butter, softened
  • Spread mustard on bottom of bread and add ham, fresh ham, swiss cheese and pickle slices. Add mayonnaise. Close sandwich and spread softened butter (or margarine) to top of bread. Place on a heated grill press (such as a George Forman grill) until toasted golden brown and the roll has flattened. Slice on the diagonal and serve warm.
