BEER CHEESE
Let cheese sit out until room temperature, then shred. Add condensed milk and about 1/2 the beer to the cheese, and mix until smooth. (I usually just use the back of a fork to break down the cheese lumps.) Stir in the mayo and the rest of the beer.
Stir in the four spices, but don't put them up! From this point on, you can continue to add the spices until it reaches the heat level you like!
Refrigerate. Serve with assorted crackers.
