ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Heat oven to 375° , Cream butter flavored crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla i large mixing bowl.
Blend until creamy. Blend in egg. combine flour salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture gradually. Stir in Chocolate Chips and Nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoons of dough 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375° 8-10 min. for chewy cooies ( Will appear light in color and moist) (Do Not over Bake). 11-13 min for Crisp Coolies. cool on naking sheet 2 min. Remove to cooling Roack Makes 3 doz.3" Cookies.
