PRALINES

  • 1 cups Brown sugar
  • 1 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups Pecans
  • 1/2 cups Evaporated milk
  • 1/4 stick Margarine
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla
  • Mix all ingredients together , cook till it reaches 250° exactly on the candy thermometer, take off the fire stir about 10 times and drop by teaspoon fulls on waxed paper.
