PAT'S OATMEAL COOKIES

  • 2 cups Oatmeal
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cups Raisins
  • 3 tablespoons Cream
  • 1 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 1 tablespoons Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cups Crisco Shortening
  • Combine all ingredients, and mix well, Drop by teaspoons on Cookie sheet and bake 350° till light brown.

    Use Dough beaters to mix Batter.
