PAT'S HOT CRAB DIP

  • 1 Bunch Green onions chopped
  • 1/2 pound Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 stick Butter
  • White wine
  • 2 -8oz Philidelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 pound Crab claw meat
  • Melt Butter, Saute green onions and mushroons in butter till soft.

    Add cream cheese and let melt, add crab meat trying not to break it up too much while stiring.

    Add approximately 1 cup of white wine if it too stiff, or to taste.

    Serve with chips or party crackers.
