OYSTER MOSCA

  • 1 pints Oysters
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped fine
  • 2 - 3 teaspoons Parsley, chopped
  • 2 Green onions chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
  • 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cups Italian Cheese Grated
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/4 cups Olive oil
  • Put the salt in with the oysters for one Hour,Mix all ingredients together then add oysters.

    In a greased shallow glass pipe pan or similar, put mixture and top with a few more breadcrumbs.

    Bake 350° for 45 min.
