HOPE'S JAMBALAYA

  • 1 medium Onions
  • 1 small Bell peppers
  • 1 cans Beef Consomme'
  • 1 cans Mushroom steak sauce (Dawn Fresh)
  • 1 1/2 cups Uncle Bens Converted Rice
  • 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts, diced
  • 2 links Sausage sliced in thin pieces
  • Saute onions and bell peppers in olive oil remove fro pan, Put in sasuage and chicken to brown.

    Put onions and Bell Peppers back in, add one can Beef consomme and one can of Dawn Fresh Mushroom and steak sauce rince can and add one can of water from the steak sauce can.

    Season with Tony's seasoning garlic and Pepper Bring to a boil, then add rice simmer till done approximately 20 min.
