EGG DROP SOUP

  • 3 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 chopped Green onions
  • 1 Eggs, beaten
  • White pepper

    • Bring chicken broth to boil Blend corn starch with water add to Broth stirring,when broth is thickened add green Onions stiring soup rapidly gradually add beaten egg remove from heat immediately and white Pepper to taste.
