CHEWY CHOCOLATE COOKIES
Cream butter and sugar. add eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt, blend into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts if desired. drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Do not overcook. Cookies will be soft. They will puff during baking, flatten upon cooling. Cool about 1 minute on sheet then remove. Any kind of chipits would be great too!
