CARAMEL TOPPING
Combine whipping cream and butter and heat until butter is melted. Remove from heat.
Place sugar in saucepan and heat until sugar melts.
Whisk in the butter/cream mixture and then remove from heat.
Continue whisking until sugar is dissolved.
