QUICKIE BEEF STIR FRY

  • 1 pound Lean beef
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup Soy sauce, dark
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 package 10oz Frozen Japanese vegetables
  • Slice meat diagonally across grain into thin strips. Place into non-metal dish, cover with soy sauce and 2 Tbsps water. Marinate for at least 10 min. ( can be overnight ). Quickly brown meat in wok or fry pan. Combine cornstarch and 1 cup of cold water, stir into meat. Add frozen vegetables, stir until heated through. Serve with rice.
