BIG PINEY STEW
Brown beef in olive oil and oregano and garlic.
Add juice and all the veggies.
Add water to just cover.
Cook for 1- 1 1/2 hrs. Use 15 coals on top and 9 on the bottom.
In a cup, mix the flour and some juice from the pot. Dissolve the flour and add back to the pot.
If you want it thicker, add more flour mixture.
Serves 6 people.
