STEAK MARINADE
Combine vinegar, ginger and garlic. Heat to simmering.
Add brown sugar, 1/4 cup at a time making sure it is dissolved before adding next batch.
Remove from heat and add pineapple juice and soy sauce.
Let cool. Add steaks and soak for 4 days.
