STEAK MARINADE

  • 3/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Ginger, fresh, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic, finely minced
  • 1 1/4 cups Brown sugar, dark
  • 1 1/2 cups Soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1, 46 ounce can Pineapple juice
  • Combine vinegar, ginger and garlic. Heat to simmering.

    Add brown sugar, 1/4 cup at a time making sure it is dissolved before adding next batch.

    Remove from heat and add pineapple juice and soy sauce.

    Let cool. Add steaks and soak for 4 days.
