FRESH FRUIT PIE

  • 3 1/2 cups Fresh fruit
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Pie shells, 9", baked
  • In large saucepan, combine sugar, 1 cup of fruit, cornstarch, salt, water cinnamon and lemon juice.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.

    Remove from heat and add butter and remaining fruit.

    Mix until all fruit is coated.

    Pour into baked pie shell and cool for 3 hours.
