BOGGY PONDER APPLE PIE

  • 1 can Apple pie filling
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Flour, self-rising
  • 1 package Ritz crackers, crushed fine
  • Melt stick of butter in bottom of Dutch oven.

    Combine the flour and the sugar.

    Combine the apple filling and the cheese.

    Pour the apple filling mixture ver butter.

    Sprinkle flour mixture over apple filling.

    Crush crackers finely and spread over top of flour.

    Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
