Main Dishes, Oriental, Pork Mutton Veal

JEFF'S ASIAN RIBS

  • 1 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup Plum sauce
  • 1/3 cup Oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup Wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Ginger, fresh, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green onion, minced
  • 10 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce, dark
  • 2 tablespoons Sake
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil, dark
  • 1 tablespoon Chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • Heta the hoisin sauce first.

    Add all other ingredients and cook until thickened. About 30 minutes.

    Slather on ribs prior to cooking. Slather again every couple hours.
