Main Dishes, Oriental, Pork Mutton Veal

FIERY ASIAN PORK LOIN

  • 4 pounds Pork loin, boneless
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice, fresh sqeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Orange juice, frozen concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce, dark
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Chili sauce
  • 5 drops Chile oil, hot
  • Combine all.

    Marinate the pork for 2 hours or overnight.

    Reserve the marinade and mop on pork several times in the first 30 minutes.

    Grill or bake until meat temp reaches 145-155º.

    Let rest for 10 minutes and serve.
