FINES HERBES

  • 1 teaspoon Thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon Marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon Sage, dried
  • 1 teaspoon Basil, dried
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • Mix together. This makes 2 Tablespooons, enough for most recipes.
