Salads and Dressings

BOB'S SALAD DRESSING

  • 3 cups Olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Shallots, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon Honey
  • 3 dashes Tabasco
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper, coarsely ground
  • Salt to taste
  • Combine all in food processor and blend for about 1 minute.
