HERBED HALIBUT

  • 2 pounds Halibut steaks
  • 4 teaspoons Chives, fresh, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons Tarragon, fresh, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher (coarse) salt
  • Mix the herbs, oil and salt together.

    Rub onto fish and set in fridge for 1 hour.

    Cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
