HALIBUT WITH SUN-DRIED TOMATOES
Mix together the RUB ingredients.
Coat both sides of fish and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, mix ingredients for the SAUCE and set aside.
Grill over high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
Spoon sauce over top just prior to serving.
