CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES AND HAM

  • 7 medium Potatos, sliced
  • 1 pound Ham, diced
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon White pepper
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Cheese, Swiss, shredded
  • 1 medium Onions, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • Preheat oven to 350º.

    Place 1/3 of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking casserole.

    Mix together flour, seasoned salt and white pepper. Sprinkle half over bottom layer of potatoes.

    Sprinkle 1/4 cup each of the swiss cheese and the cheddar cheese.

    Add half the ham over the cheeses.

    Repeat with next layer. Top with remaining potatoes.

    Pour milk over all.

    Cover and bake for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

    Remove cover, add remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
