Salads and Dressings

CORN SALAD

  • 2 cans Whole kernel corn
  • 1 can Shoe Peg Corn
  • 1 bunch Green onions
  • 2 Tomatos, fresh, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheese, Cheddar
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 package Fritoes, chili flavored
  • Mix all ingredients, except Fritoes, thoroughly and refrigerate at least two hours. Just before serving, toss with a small 8 oz. bag of chili flavored fritoess, slightly crushed.
