CHEESY HASH BROWNS

  • 8 ounces Sour cream
  • 2 pounds Package Hash Browns, Shredded
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cans Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoons Onions, Dehydrated
  • 1 Stick Margarine, melted
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mix all ingredients. Spread in a 9x13 inch pan. Top with 2 cups corn flakes mixed with 1/4 stick margarine, melted. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
