QUICK MEAL PIZZA

  • 2 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano, crushed
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 stick Margarine
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • 8 ounces Tomato sauce
  • 8 ounces Shredded Mozarella Cheese
  • 1/2 package Pepperoni
  • Add all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the milk all at once, stirring with a fork. Mix until mixture leaves sides of bowl and clings together to form a ball, adding more milk if needed.

Place ball on floured board and roll out to fit an 11X15 cookie sheet. Place 1 stick margarine on pan and place in oven until melted, then fit dough into pan and bake at 325° until crisp and brown, about 20-25 minutes.

While crust is baking, brown hamburger, onion, and green pepper; keep warm. When crust is done, top with tomato sauce, hamburger mixture, cheese, and pepperoni. Place back in oven until cheese is melted.
