Cakes and Frostings

WATERGATE CAKE

  • 1 White cake mix
  • 1 cup Club soda
  • 1 package Instant Pistachio pudding
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 2 packages Dream Whip
  • 1 package Instant Pistachio pudding
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cake mix, soda, pudding, eggs, oil, and pecans. Beat 4 minutes. Bake 45 minutes in bundt pan. For icing, combine remaining ingredients. Spread on cool cake.
