MOM'S RICE PUDDING

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 quart Water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 Stick Margarine
  • Cook rice in water. In bowl, beat well eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Pour into drained, finished rice and add a stick of margarine. Cover and let cool.
