LADY BIRD JOHNSON'S TURKEY DRESSING

  • medium size pan of Cornbread
  • 4 slices Toast
  • 1 Stalk Celery
  • 3 large Onions
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sage to taste
  • Stock from Turkey
  • Mix together toast and cornbread that has been crumbled with stock from the turkey. Be sure to use enough stock so it will not be stiff. Add eggs and remaining ingredients. Bake slowly at 350° for 1 hour.
