Casseroles, Pork Mutton Veal

KEILBASA CABBAGE DISH

  • 1 Keilbasa
  • 1/2 head Cabbage
  • 4 medium Potatos
  • 1/2 Green peppers
  • 1 medium Onions
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cut up vegies in bite size pieces and place in skillet. Pour in your oil and let fry to partially tender. Cut keilbasa into coins and place into skillet. (You may wish to skin the keilbasa.) Let cook till done. Season to taste.
