Salads and Dressings

CRUNCH PEA SALAD

  • 1 package Frozen Peas, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Diced Green onions
  • 1 cup Chopped Cashews
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 2 slices Bacon, crisp, chopped
  • Combine all ingredients. Chill. Garnish with bacon just before serving.
