CHICKEN DIVAN

  • 2 pounds Boneless chicken breast
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 packages Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 cans Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons Curry powder
  • 1/2 cup Flavored Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or margarine, softened
  • Lightly brown chicken in margarine. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Place cooked, drained vegetables in greased casserole dish. Top with chicken breasts. In a bowl, combine the soup, mayo, lemon juice, and curry powder. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Dot with butter. Bake in 350° oven until heated through and cheese is melted (about 30-40 minutes.) Serve with tossed salad and garlic bread.
