CHICKEN DIVAN
Lightly brown chicken in margarine. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Place cooked, drained vegetables in greased casserole dish. Top with chicken breasts. In a bowl, combine the soup, mayo, lemon juice, and curry powder. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Dot with butter. Bake in 350° oven until heated through and cheese is melted (about 30-40 minutes.) Serve with tossed salad and garlic bread.
