LAZY LASAGNE

  • 500g Mince
  • 2 Garlic cloveschopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano, dried
  • 425g can Tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 package Tomato Soup
  • 2 teaspoons Beef stock
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 150g[1/2 packet] Lasagne noodles
  • 2 cups Grated cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Cornflour
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • Paprika
  • Mix first nine ingrediants thoroughly.

    Spray or butter 23cm square or oblong dish.

    Pour 1 meat mixture into it.

    Place 1 lasagne pieces over meat , then sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.

    Layer another 1 meat ,remaiing lasagne, and another 1 cup cheese.

    Cover with remaining meat.

    Bake immediately, uncovered at 180.for 50 minutes.

    Mix remaining chhese, egg, cornflour and milk.Pour over evenly, sprinkle with paprika and bake a further 10 minutes at 150 degrees.

    Leave to stand 15-30 minutes before cutting.

    P.S Can use a mixture of two of the tomatoe ingredients. Play around until you find the taste you like.
