BANANA PUDDING

  • 1 cans Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 small box Vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 pints Whipping cream
  • 3 ripe Bananas
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 box Vanilla wafers
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • Chill mixing bowl and beaters in freezer. In a separate bowl, whisk Milk and water together. Chill 5 minutes. Add instant pudding. Chill. Whip cream in the chilled mixing bowl, add extract while whipping. Whip until VERY THICK. Slice the 3 bananas. Place slices in bowl and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture. In a dish, add pudding, wafers and bananas. Repeat. End with pudding. Garnish with wafer crumbs or whole wafers.
