Soda Cracker Pie

  • 3 Egg whites Stiffly Beaten
  • 1 cup Sugar, granulated
  • 12 Soda Crackers
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder

    • Pour into pie tin, bake 30 minutes. Cool and top with Whipped Cream
