7-up Emerald Punch

  • 1 can (46 oz.) Pineapple juice
  • 4 small cans Frozen concentrated limeade
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 bottle (1/5 gal) Gin
  • 5 quarts 7-Up
  • Combine pineapple juice and concentratein a punch bowl.

    Add honey, stir to dissolve. (if very tart punch is desired, omit honey).

    Add gin, slowly add 7-Up (add a few drops of food coloring if desired). Add chunk of ice. Garnish with slices of lime.

    Makes about 40 (4oz.) servings.
