Restaurent Style Crab Salad

  • 2 lbs Imitation Crab
  • 3/4 small Onion, chopped
  • 1 can Black olives, chopped
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 1 can Water chestnuts, chopped
  • 2 cups Miracle whip
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard, dry, or too taste
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • cut crab into small pieces, or shred, add other ingreds; and mix well.good alone or over pasta, or on crackers salt andpepper to taste
