Egg Batter Buns
Measure warm water into large warm bowl, sprinkle in yeast and stir until dissolved. Add sugar, half of flour and salt.Beat with spoon until smooth, add egg and margarine, beat in remaining flour until smooth. Scrape down sides of bowl, cover and let rise in warm place until double in bulk approximately 30 minutes. Stir down dough and spoon into large greased muffin pan, filling about 1 full. Let rise until dough reaches top of pan. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until done.
