Mixed Fruit Pies
Preheat oven to 425° Prepare fruit in large bowl. Mix in flour, sugar and spices. Toss Place into 9" crust lined pan. Dot with butter. Cover with 2 nd crust.
Seal, flute edge and cut slits in center.Brush crust with water and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes
