Macadamian White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

  • 2 cups Macadamian's chopped
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Butter, unsalted
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 cups White chocolate chips chopped
  • Preheat oven to 350°. Spread macadamiannuts on baking sheet, bake until lightly brown and fragant stirring once or twice, 5-7 minutes. Let Cool. greased or parchment paper baking sheets.

    In medium bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt.

    In a large mixing bowl beat sutter, sugars vanilla, until light and fluffy about 2 min. Beat in egg. Stir in flour mixture until well mixed. Add nuts and chips.

    Drop by teaspoons on baking sheet. Bake until edges are light brown and tops don'tappear wet. About 10 minutes Let cool then transfer to wire rack to completely cool. Store in airtight container up to 1 week.
